Recently I have purchased Ghee laddu in Anandapura Branch, T.C palya. It was very pathetic taste and may be the ghee was re-used tens of times. One feedback we have on some of sweets like Keer kadam, etc. is that the sweet level is relatively high. Given our current lifestyles it is expected we fall into age related health issues like diabetes, etc. Given the temptation to eat sweets and also the resistance to not eat too much sweets, it would be good if you reduce on sweet levels in general. Had purchased sweets several times for promotion and other occasions for more than Rs.12,000. Today paid Rs. 108 for sweet purchase through Sodexo app and the transaction was successful. Person who was checking the system was blindly telling that i had paid to old Sodexo id without even checking to which ID i had paid. Even he was not ready to check anything and asked me to pay once again. When even penny is valuable for the sweet stall, it is important for the customer also. Waited for 20 mins and still still they asked to pay . And no respect was given to the customer. It was treated like we have cheated without money in front of others. I have never experienced this kind of disrespectful towards their customers in any shop. He has many attitude issue, and this is not first time im facing the issue with him couple of times i had same experience. Your indiranagar cmh outlet has the staff which needs serious reconsideration or training. The manager himself is complacent. The counter staff have the habit of back answering and outright rejecting customer request. It is the 2nd time. 1st time was a year ago. After that I stopped visiting and ordered online. Today I went again. You can refer the CCTV footage as well. Absolutely no respect except for 1 staff who managed to speak kannada upon request and calmed me down and catered to my request.
